To support good practice and the achievement of our values Metanoia Consulting Pty Ltd requires all consultants and staff members to agree to subscribe to our Code of Professional Conduct.

Confidentiality All client information will be treated as confidential and no representative of Metanoia Consulting Pty Ltd will neither take personal advantage of privileged information gathered during an assignment nor enable others to do so.

Unrealistic Expectations Representatives of Metanoia Consulting Pty Ltd will refrain from encouraging unrealistic expectations or promising clients that benefits are certain from specific services.

Commissions/Financial Interests Representatives of Metanoia Consulting Pty Ltd will not accept commissions, remuneration nor other benefits from any third party in connection with recommendations to a client without the client’s knowledge and consent, nor fail to disclose any financial interest in goods or services which form part of such recommendations.

Assignments Metanoia Consulting Pty Ltd will accept only assignments which we have the skills and knowledge to perform.

Conflicts of Interest Metanoia Consulting Pty Ltd and its representatives will avoid acting simultaneously in potentially conflicting situations without informing all parties in advance that this is intended and securing their consent. Where a real or perceived conflict of interest emerges in the course of an assignment Metanoia Consulting Pty Ltd and its representatives will declare the issue immediately with all affected parties.

Conferring with Client Metanoia Consulting Pty Ltd will ensure before accepting any engagement, that a mutual understanding of the objectives, scope, methodology, timeframes and fee arrangements has been established with the client and that any personal, financial or other interests which might influence the conduct of the work have been disclosed.

Approach Representatives of Metanoia Consulting Pty Ltd will maintain a fully professional approach in all dealings with clients, clients’ stakeholders and the general public.

Contracted Consultants Metanoia Consulting Pty Ltd will ensure that other management consultants carrying out work on our behalf are conversant with and abide by this Code of Professional Conduct.

In performing a range of our services Metanoia Consulting Pty Ltd will comply with the ethical frameworks associated with a range of professional bodies of which our staff are members. For example, all mediation services will be undertaken in full compliance with the Australian National Mediation Standards (see Practice Standards pdf ).

As a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors our Managing Director is bound by the AICD Code of Conduct for Company Directors (see Company Directors Website) when undertaking relevant assignments.These ethical frameworks are additional to and complementary to our Code of Professional Conduct.
